Skin Tension Relief

This exercise, which helps to reduce eyestrain by stimulating acupuncture points, can be applied during the day or just before falling asleep.

  • Press the inner corner of your eyes for 30 seconds.
  • Then slowly circle in one direction for 30 seconds.
  • Repeat in the opposite direction.

Soothing the Eye Area

This exercise helps to relieve swelling and edema by increasing blood circulation around the eyes.

  • Place your ring fingers on the inside of your eyebrows.
  • Gently tap with your fingers towards the outside of your eyebrows.
  • Press your temples for a few seconds.
  • Keep touching the inner corner of your eye on your cheekbones.
  • Continue for 30 seconds.

Relieving Eyebrow Muscle Tension

This exercise helps to relax the frontalis eyebrow muscle, which is frequently used in daily life and causes stiffness of expression. It also helps tighten this area.

  • Place your fingertips in the center of your forehead, facing inward.
  • Gently press your fingertips to your forehead as you move your fingers toward your temples.
  • Free your fingers.
  • Continue for 30 seconds.

Reducing Neck Strain

The purpose of this exercise is to relieve tension in the neck and shoulder area.

  • Tilt your head back slightly.
  • Place your fingers on the upper part of your neck.
  • Apply gentle pressure as you slide your fingers towards your collarbone.
  • Press down on your collarbone for a few seconds before releasing your fingers.
  • Continue for 30 seconds.

This exercise is a movement that relaxes the neck area as well as the chin.

  • While sitting, make a fist with your left hand and place it on the outside of your chin with your thumb pointing down.
  • Turn your head towards your fist and feel the tension build up on the side of your neck.
  • Do not let your hand move.
  • Then press your chin against your hand for a few seconds.
